Up and Up


When I started martial arts and exercising, almost 2 years ago, I couldn't do a proper push-up. Not one! I can now do about 25 in a row, but I need to be able to do 100 for my Black belt test. Eeek!

That's what I use to build up my pushups. I think I was up to 45 before the elbow injury. I'm working my way back up again.
