Rope Ups


This is an evil effective exercise called a "Rope Up". We do a lot of these in kickboxing class. You lie on your back and lift your legs then hips off of the floor, thrusting your feet straight up to touch the hands of your partner. We usually do a few sets of 20. Apparently, these are good for your abs. Accidentally displaying your abs, like Mr. J here, is optional. Thank goodness! Of course, if I had abs like Mr. J, I might display them too. ;)

I totally have abs like that. I do those sort of things all the time. Especially after eating my homemade Ding Dongs...
