Easy Gourmet Summer Salad

During our recent Road Trip, Miss Munchkin and I had lunch together at a fancy restaurant. The food was divine! The salad I ordered was simple, but incredibly fresh and tasty. I studied it between bites, so I could reproduce it at home. This is the perfect thing to throw together to treat your girlfriends or impress your mother-in-law.
