Well, it's been a while. Like a whole LOT of while. Is anyone out there
from the old blog days? If so, it would be mighty fine to see you.
Rather a lot ...

Aching In and Out
Ouch. I'm feeling a little tender this Thanksgiving.
I'm sad because this is my first Thanksgiving without my parents and my Favorite Sister. They moved out of state a few months ago and I really wish that we could be together.
I'm also sad because this family close to my heart is hurting this holiday.
I'm hurting on the outside because I attended 2 kickboxing classes and 1 martial arts class back-to-back over the last few days. I am so sore! Abs, pecs, quads, those muscles in my upper back (whatever they are), triceps, and gluts. And I've one more class tonight. I'm trying to work off that cheesecake I snarfed down over the weekend. I believe I ate 8 pieces! OK, it might have been 9. (blush)

Hang in there!! I am also having a very subdued quiet holiday-but in a way I am trying to get in the mind to enjoy it. I am also praying for the H family daily-and it does make you so very thankful for all the blessings you take for granted, doesn't it?
Go RUN...Hope the workout get all out of your system!
I know, I am really sad we won't be together for Thanksgiving. It won't be the same without you and your family. :(
I hope you have a very wonderful day tomorrow despite not having your family close. I am bummed as well that my family went to Disney World for the Holiday...double bummer - we're not in sunny Florida and they're not here.
I'm proud of you for the workout! Keep up the good work!
