I do have a
medical excuse to be
paranoid mindful of germs; one of the medications I take for Crohn's suppresses my immune system and makes it hard for my body to fight off invasions. But, even if I didn't, I think I'd still be
obsessed careful - it's just my nature. I have hand gel in my purse, in my car, and by the bathroom sinks at home. I avoid large crowds this time of year. I track the flu on
this nifty website.
So it was with great satisfaction that I found this
list, assembled by
Dr. Weil, touting the nastiest germs sources at home and elsewhere. Reader: arm yourself with hand sanitizer and read on!

First stall. Right-o.
I always forget that one :o)
I don't care for hand sanitizer,
but I love soapy water.
I don't use sponges, do you?
I use a clean wash cloth every day.
I haven't used sponges for, well, ever. I can't stand hand sanitizer, ick. I do carry baby wipes though and 'wash' hands with that. I don't blame you for being cautious, especially when it helps you stay healthy.
