In honor of tonight's kickboxing class, I wanted to show you how to do a proper right cross. This is one of my favorite punches and is quite powerful when done correctly.
And it's all over! The happiness is crazy and the thankfulness is huge.
Went down with Husband, picking up Daughter on the way.
