Yours is fast but mine is slow.
My Favorite Sister had quite an adventure over the weekend.
“Today I got to swim in the South China Sea, and on Saturday I rode a water buffalo!! They are huge and hairy kinda like hippos or elephants.
We hiked up a steep mountain to plant trees… and we got an amazing view of the countryside below. It was so beautiful. And peaceful! The whole valley is filled with rice fields, houses made out of bamboo and concrete blocks, corn fields on sides of mountains, palm trees, and dogs and cats hanging outside houses. The drive was beautiful too. It took about 6 hours to get there. The windy road took us up to the tallest peak on this island, about 8,000 ft.”
She is a few months into her 10 month visit to the Philippines.
Hey, Rene, where's my water buffalo? Why don't I have a water buffalo? :)
Well, it's been a while. Like a whole LOT of while. Is anyone out there
from the old blog days? If so, it would be mighty fine to see you.
Rather a lot ...

She was probably going to surprise you with it upon her return.
My husband will always do that, email me something to get an idea on how interested I am in it before he spends the actual money.
Can't wait to see you riding your water buffalo.
Alisa, I'm glad there's still hope! Think of the savings with the high prices of gas and all...
I do hope she meant that the cats and dogs were just hanging around outside houses and not actually...."hanging".
Wow, now that's an experience not just everyone has huh?
Nice post and this post helped me alot in my college assignement. Say thank you you for your information.
